Margaret McLean has specialised in commercial property law since joining Semple Fraser in 1995.

She is dual qualified and has built up extensive experience in commercial property and leasing transactions, acting for a variety of clients from various industry sectors including electronics, chemicals, mining and investment funds.

Margaret specialises in operator driven real estate and leads on the delivery of legal services to UNITE, the UK's largest student landlord, as well as Threadneedle, one of the key players in the Scottish investment market.
