Mark Sabey

Mark Sabey is an English qualified lawyer who works in the commercial property group.  He specialises in advising a number of commercial property clients on a range of real estate matters.  He has marked experience in non-contentious landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management, property investment and development, retail matters, and all aspects of property acquisitions and disposals. 

Mark also deals with property issues in corporate transactions and property finance work and can draw on substantial in-house experience having undertaken secondments with a major institutional lender and a leading provider of serviced office space.

Mark qualified in 2003 and joined Semple Fraser from Shoosmiths in 2007.
