Pamela McMeeken

Pamela is a dual qualified English and Scots lawyer who specialises in all aspects of banking and finance transactions, having joined Semple Fraser in 2003.

With particular experience in advising lenders and international legal firms on the Scottish aspects of high value syndicated and bilateral financings, Pamela is regularly involved in a variety of multi-jurisdictional finance deals ranging from portfolio property investments (including a number of significant UK retail assets), through corporate acquisitions and group restructurings.

She also acts on behalf of a range of major high street banks and for borrowers in dealing with the preparation and negotiation of facility and security documentation for all kinds of property and trading businesses.
