Paul Haniford is one of the firm’s senior commercial property Partners.  He is a founding Partner of Semple Fraser and acknowledged as one of Scotland’s premier real estate lawyers – sources concur that he can “always be relied on to produce top-quality work".

He has a wealth of experience in property development and investment work as well as acquisition and disposal work. 

Paul acts for some of the firm’s largest property clients including J J Gallagher, Park Lane Developments, Peel Investments and also Tesco Stores in relation to complex property transactions which require not only first rate property expertise, but also the involvement of specialist advice in relation to planning or infrastructure development.
