Rhian Owen

Solicitor

Rhian is a member of our Corporate team in Manchester and works with Simon Wallwork.  She has experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general company law for a wide variety of clients.

Rhian, a medical science graduate, is also a member of the firm’s life sciences group and has particular experience assisting biotech start-ups with raising investment.

Rhian joined Semple Fraser in 2011 as a solicitor from Geldards LLP, where she qualified in 2008.  Rhian has also gained in-house experience as sole legal counsel to East Midlands Business Limited, which deliver a range of public sector support services.
