Director

Roland Smyth is a dual qualified lawyer in Scotland and England who joined Semple Fraser in 1999.

Roland specialises in high end commercial property work and has acted for a number of Semple Fraser’s large UK commercial property clients including Tesco, Threadneedle and student accommodation provider UNITE.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, including sales, purchases, development, property financing, options and leases for a range of clients including institutions, funders, developers and tenants.

A Director is an internal senior promoted post but is not a member or partner of the LLP.
