Simon Etchells is rated by Chambers and the Legal 500 as one of the UK’s leading real estate lawyers.  Known for having "a phenomenal command of English law", Simon, a dual qualified lawyer, now divides his time between our Glasgow and Manchester offices.

Simon’s team continues to deal with in excess of 75% English work, ranging from complex tax and regulatory structures to industrials, from retail lettings to City office investments, business parks and cinemas.  They also cover investments in all real estate areas, portfolio lending and redevelopment / regeneration work.  In most recent months his team has led on inward investment deals, as the value offered by UK real estate attracts new overseas interest.

Simon has a long record in the successful coordination and delivery of complex real estate and development transactions, and the conduct of long term client relationships as a trusted commercial and legal adviser.

Simon is also Managing Partner of the firm.
