Bribery Act

The Bribery Act, effective from July 2011, is set to bring about significant changes in UK anti corruption law and will impact both the public and private sector.  

The Act is wide in scope and essentially transfers liability for stamping out corruption on to employers and management, and therefore forces companies and partnerships to have robust policies in place and to ensure that those policies are rigorously enforced.

Semple Fraser has developed a training package on the Bribery Act to help organisations take steps to prepare for it.

The above tools comprise of training as well as a short test.  The packages can be purchased separately, at various price levels based on the number of user licences required. For example a 20 user licence allows a company to enable up to 20 employees to access the training.
