Ursula undertook her training with Semple Fraser, having carried out a specialist traineeship in Commercial Litigation.

She has experience of dealing with commercial disputes in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, as well as the Supreme Court.  The type of disputes which Ursula deals with include interpretation of lease or missive clauses, access disputes and debt recovery.

In addition to dealing with a more wide range of litigation matters, she also advises on contentious planning matters and compulsory purchase orders, with experience of Planning Inquiries and Hearings, Lands Tribunal Applications and Judicial Review.
